Since the villa can be divided into 3 separate units, it is ideal for a couple or a family looking for a comfortable villa in beautiful surroundings. The main unit contains the living room, dining room and kitchen area, and one bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom. There is a large screened in porch off the main living area and a deck off the bedroom all with great views of the sea and beach. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet dinner, the living room is spacious and comfortable . The west unit has a queen size bed with bathroom and a deck with views of the sea. The east unit has 2 single beds also with a bathroom and deck. The villa has air conditioning in every room and ceiling fans, as well as satellite tv.
