| Starting the proccess Once you have selected a home, simply email or phone in your request, we will then confirm availability with the owner. If your selection is not available, we will give you alternate dates or suggest another home based on the type of property you are interested in. Please feel free to contact us with your needs as we would be happy to recommend properties for you. We respond to all requests within 24 hours, unless there is an interruption of phone or internet service on the island. A non-refundable deposit is then required, payable by check in US dollars, to guarantee your reservation, with the balance due upon arrival. The quoted rental price is all inclusive, there are no taxes. We do not charge a security deposit on our rentals, it will be the responsibility of the renter to leave their vacation rental in the condition it was in upon arrival. Your rental fee includes housecleaning services after your departure, though guests are responsible for their own house keeping services during their stay. Housekeeping services are available upon request and subject to availability. All of our homes are air conditioned, and non-smoking, however, all have outdoor verandas where smoking is permitted. We would also be happy to assist you with booking dive and snorkel trips, rental boats, dockage, golf carts, fishing guides or baby sitters. Once you're on your way We suggest that you contact us a day before your departure with your flight times, since there are several scheduled ferries, this way we'll know which ferry to expect you on.
