This brand new 2010 home, sits overlooking the Sea of Abaco with great views and picture perfect sunsets. The living room has 10 foot ceilings that make you feel that you are in a home away from home There are French doors that lead off the living area onto a generous sized deck. The kitchen , living and dining area are tastefully furnished with the kitchen being stocked with everything you need. There is a TV with satellite in the living room .The deck has a gas bbq along with chaise lounges and a table and chairs where you can eat while enjoying the view.
Each of the villa's 4 bedrooms has it own en-suite bathroom. First floor Master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and large bathroom. The second bedroom on the first floor has two single beds and bathroom. On the second floor is anouther master bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom,it also has a nice deck where you can sun bath in peace and quiet. The 4th bedroom has a queen size bed and full bathroom.
Villa Farniente has wi fi, central a/c,ceiling fans throughtout and is nbeautifully furnished throughout.
The Villa rents for : $3500 per week for up to 4 guests
$4000 per week for up to 6 guests
$4500 per week for up to 8 guests
Holiday Rates are slightly higher and these rates do not include the 10 % Hotel Tax
