Located on Coco Bay, by the road to the ocean beach. The apartments, newly constructed in 2000, is spacious, are clean, modern and air conditioned. Each offers a fabulous view overlooking Coco Bay and the Sea of Abaco. You will be just a few steps (about 150 yards) to Coco Bay Beach where there is a private dock for your use. Each apartment has two bedrooms, with a queen bed in each bedroom. The main room is a spacious area with vaulted ceilings over a sitting area, dining area and a simple but complete kitchen. There is a TV/VCR. French doors lead to a deck, which runs across the front, where you can enjoy the view of Coca Bay.
Rates - $950.00 per week, $1,950 per month $1,150 per week for holiday weeks (Holiday weeks include, New years, Easter and Fourth of July,) Please contact us for special rates on a long-term basis of three months or longer.
