This charming cottage sits directly on one of the nicest beaches on the island, Coco Bay Beach. The quiet, tranquil water makes this mile - long sandy shore ideal for children, shell collectors and walkers. There is a dock for fishing, your rental boat tie-up or an evening sunset. Just a short stroll away is the Atlantic Ocean beach. The cottage has two bedrooms, one of which has french doors that open to a lovely view of the sea and has a queen - size bed; the other has two single beds. A large bathroom with shower separates the two bedrooms. There is a pull out sofa in the living room which, with the dining area and kitchen, which looks out onto a screened porch that runs the entire front of the house. The cottage has a CD player and air-conditioning.

Coco Plum cottage provides the grandest blend of sun, sea and sand from the privacy of a calm cove with stunning sunsets. The well appointed cottage is set up to allow maximum relaxation and enjoyment. Having a boat gives you a sense of adventure as you travel to the out-islands and the fishing can provide wonderful tablefare. Just a short golf cart ride to downtown and one can purchase provisions or sample the island fare at several restaurants. Do not miss the "conch fritters"! The ladies at Island Property Management are truly wonderful to work with. They take good care of their guests as well as their owners properties. Meeting you at the dock upon arrival is a nice touch. Our 9 days in June was waay too short. We will be back!
We stayed here with our children for a week and have stayed in Green Turtle several times. We loved it so much our friends are staying here on our next trip - we needed a bigger house. I would come back to this perfectly set up house anytime. The boat was great. It was perfect for our needs and we snorkled and fished with no problem.
We boat over from Florida and love Green Turtle, we love Coco Plum for the protected cove and privacy, yet only a short golf cart ride to town. The cottage is clean and in great shape. When we arrived someone was there to welcome us and ensure everything was taken care of. I wish we were going back this summer...but will be back next.
