Morning Star is aptly named, it is a lovely house that the owners have obviously thought long and hard about before building. The house is about 5 minutes away from the historic village of New Plymouth and has its own private dock across the road that can accomodate a large sail boat or yacht, please be aware that the dock does not have electric or water. The house sits on a large piece of property that is directly on a beach , the grounds are landscaped with its own small fresh water pond. The house itself has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom , the 2 nd guest bedroom also has a queen bed with a bathroom nextdoor while the 3 rd bedroom has a twin bed that pulls out into a double and this also has a bathroom nextdoor. There is a wrap around deck with doors leading out from each room. The living room has a flat screen tv with cable, high speed wireless internet & a vonage phone where you can make free calls to the states or Canada. The living room is open plan and leads into the kitchen which will please even the pickiest of cooks . The kitchen has a fridge/freezer,dishwasher,blender,coffee maker and everything you can possibly need to conjure up some incredible meals. Off the kitchen is a utility room with a washer/dryer. The house also provides a charcoal grill and pack and play upon request. There is a spiral staircase in the living room that leads up to the cupula an ideal place to sit and watch the sunsets or if your an early riser then the sun rises. If you need more than three bedrooms then you can opt to rent one of the two apartments downstairs , photos of the apartments can be seen in our one bedroom section. Or you can rent both of the apartments ,if you add one apt to the house then the rate is $3600 per week and if you want to include both of the apartments with the house then it is $4200 per week.
