The villa sits just a few feet from the beach where you can swim, snorkel, or just relax and read a book. It is located on the perimeter of The Bluff House Beach Resort & Marina.
Since the villa can be divided into 3 separate units, it is ideal for a couple or a family looking for a comfortable villa in beautiful surroundings. The main unit contains the living room, dining room and kitchen area, and one bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom. There is a large screened in porch off the main living area and a deck off the bedroom all with great views of the sea and beach. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet dinner, the living room is spacious and comfortable .
The west unit has a queen size bed with bathroom and a deck with views of the sea. The east unit has 2 single beds also with a bathroom and deck. The villa has air conditioning in every room and ceiling fans, as well as satellite tv. The villa has no phone so as not to intrude on your relaxing vacation.
The villa rents as follows: 1 Bedroom Villa ( main house) $1500 per week- based on 2 adults 2 Bedroom Villa ( main house plus one of the other units ) $2000 per week- based on 4 adults 3 Bedroom Villa ( main house plus both of the other units ) $2500 per week- based on 6 adults
The Villa may be rented nightly with a 3 night minimum stay.
