The second upstairs bedroom has 2 single beds and a bathroom. Downstairs are 2 other bedrooms each with 2 single beds, living room with DVD and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer. The home has a washer and dryer, central air conditioning, CD player and front and back decks.
There is a private dock and a fresh water swimming pool.

Our stay at Island Gambol refreshed our souls and gave us a new outlook on life. The house is nestled at the edge of a picturesque cove amidst island foilage. The view offered an outlook to the ocean and magnificent sunsets that take your breath away. One particular day it rained and amidst board games and reading we were afforded a different awesome view. The managing company was most helpful with making sure we had everything we needed, including tips about local restaurants, to make our stay enjoyable. They recommended local businesses where we could rent golf carts, boats, and shops to get anything we would need. Inside the house, we were delighted to relax in a comfortable island home with all the necessities of contemporary life but with an air of simpler times. The decor lent an air of simple and homey ease, like fresh air after a summer storm. The management kindly left a welcome basket ingredients for some of the locals favorite drinks and snacks. Green Turtle offered hospitable locals, world reknown fishing and fabulous snorkeling. The best was our children met and were welcomed by the local youth making the burden of entertaining our teenagers effortless. We were even suprised that other friends from home had made Green Turtle their destination of choice and now share a common comradeship with them. We do recommend that you bring bug spray, it is an island. A word to the wise, plan grocery shopping well, there is only one delivery a week but the bakery and the Bahama bread is like heaven on earth. We plan on returning to Green Turtle and specifically the Island Gambol house to once again resurge our souls with the peace of God's beautiful scenary and some wonderful company. In fact, we have just booked our second stay for the summer of 2011.
Island Gambol is one of the nicest rental houses on the island and has the perfect location on the Sea of abaco -- between the Bluff House and the Green Turtle Club. The house was immaculate and the fresh water pool was refreshing. We caught yellow tail snapper and tuna and enjoyed cooking gourmet meals. When not on the water we enjoyed the extensive collection of Dvds. This is the perfect family vacation -- everyone had a wonderful time!
