Leave the daily stress behind at secluded Seabreeze Cottage. The great room has a full kitchen facility (with a serving/eating island topped by the teak diving platform of a yacht), a dining area and a living area. A queen size bed is in each bedroom and a full size pull out sofa bed is in the living room. A walk in shower is in the master bath, and a tub/shower is in the second bath. Choose sun or shade at any time of the day on the wrap around deck. Seabreeze’s short driveway ends at beautiful Ocean Beach where a reef, perfect for snorkeling, begins its meandering through the Abaco. You will particularly enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching in complete privacy the spectacular Bahamian sunrise.
If you can’t do without your daily CNN, MSNBC or Fox, there is satellite television (with XM/Serious radio), and an internet connection. Other amenities include a VCR, DVD player, microwave oven, washer and dryer, coffee maker, and VHF radio.

The weekly rate is $2000 plus 10 % tax
If you are two families or just need extra space you can also rent the downstairs apartment which was just completed March 2011. The apartment has a large kitchen with all the mod cons, hand made bar and dining area for four. The living area is very relaxing and has satelitte tv, the bedroom has a queen size bed. The large bathroom has a walk in shower and a washer/dryer.
The apartment is available for a special rate if you rent the main house as well then the rate for both will be $2800 per week plus 10 % tax.

My wife and son and his wife had a wonderful time at the beautiful and well equipped Sea Breeze Cottage. My wife loved all the decorations and the boat transom bar in the kitchen. It is a short walk from the house to a reef system and a very short swim from the beach to a reef full of coral and green turtles.
We enjoyed the solitude of the location and the charm of Seabreeze
Sea Breeze cottage is very close to the ocean and is very private. The house was very nice, although no central air in the main areas so we were uncomfortably warm. The bedrooms had window units so were comfortable. The house is also close to the Green Turtle Club which we liked. The beach was very private and beautiful, right at the end of the driveway. We also enjoyed the cart path that runs along the ocean as a scenic route towards New Plymouth.
