This two bath house is located right on Coco Bay Beach, it is a gorgeous home that is sure to be a popular rental. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a lovely bathroom en suite with a large walk in shower. There are sliding doors that lead from the bedroom out onto the deck with views of the sea. The second bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom en suite with a large walk in shower and also a sliding door out onto the deck and views of the sea from the bedroom.
The kitchen has everything you need , there is a living /dining area with sliding doors out onto the deck. There is lots of patio furniture so you can enjoy your meals outside watching the sea life on Coco Bay and a hammock for relaxing.
You can climb the winding staircase up to the copula where you can sit and watch the sunsets which are amazing. There are ceiling fans throughout and central a/c, the house has a cd player Direct TV/DVD, wireless internet, Sirius Radio, VHF Radio. Monthly rates are available with laundry privileges.
The home has been lovingly built and furnished, the rate is weekly for a maximum of 4 people. Does not include 10% gov tax
Plum Crazy was a wonderful house very clean and the location was good for kids or elderly people because of the calm bay. A little far to town and the shower outside didn't work so made it hard to keep sand out. They also need to have a washer and dryer for people who rent weekly...that alone would make me not rent it again. Everything else was very good! Love Green Turtle!!!
Plum Crazy is a beautiful home with amazing views and exceeded our expectations. The home is spacious with a large covered porch perfect for morning coffee looking out over Coco Bay. All of the modern conveniences kept us connected when needed, although the views, home, and island are so attractive that we were most often outdoors. The top of the house has a widow's walk that has great sunset views. You just can't beat walking right out of the house and into the bay to find starfish. Beautiful home!
