This new addition to the island is sure to be a favorite, it is located in walking distance of both Coco Bay Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. It is set up on a hill with a view of Coco Bay, nestled among trees within close proximity to Turtle Dreams and Coco Sands two of our other popular rentals. The house is also close to Brendal's Dive Center and the Green Turtle Club and Marina .

The home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed and bathroom en suite while the second bedroom has two twin beds with access to the second bathroom .

There is a fully equipped kitchen, living room with tv, satelitte and cd player, ceiling fans throughout and central air. There is a large screened in deck on the front of the house which is a great place to sit and eat breakfast or sip margarita's at sunset. The home also has a gas bbq grill .

The house is $1300 per week, holidays are slightly higher.
