Key Lime House is a very roomy 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home overlooking Black Sound Harbor, the village of New Plymouth & Treasure Cay. Air-conditioned throughout, downstairs offers a very large kitchen with ice maker, dish washer, fridge/freezer and everything you need to make a gourmet dinner or just pop some popcorn and sit back and relax and watch a movie or go out onto the porch and watch the sunset. You can also grill up your catch-of-the-day on Key Lime's gas barbecue.

The living room has satellite TV, VCR and a dining room table that can accommodate a large family. There is one bedroom downstairs with a king size bed, sitting area with a bathroom suite, a 2nd bathroom is located off the living room. The dining room, living room and bedroom all lead out onto the screened-in porch where you can sit back and watch your boat tied up to the dock or relax and watch the local boat traffic.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, a master bedroom with a living area, wet bar, kitchenette, king size bed and bathroom suite. The bedroom next to it has a king size bed and living area, and a third bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom. There is another large screened in porch off of the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom with great views of the village. There is also another deck that is used as a sun deck that is upstairs.

The property comes with it's own private dock at no additional charge. Electricity is $20 per day.

Rates - $4000 per week up to 8 people.
