This two story home was completed and ready to rent starting January 2007. The house is situated just minutes from both Coco Bay Beach and the Atlantic Beach and is next door to two other popular rentals Turtle Dreams and Peaceful Times.

The two story home has wrap around porches on both floors , you can enter the house from either the inside or from the outside making it a great house for couples who want there own privacy.

On the first floor is a tv room with satellite tv, dvd player and a area for the kids to make there own breakfast while you sleep in with a sink,small fridge and microwave . There are also two bedrooms one with two single beds while the other has a queen bed each have there own full bathrooms and French doors that lead out on to the porch . There is also a washer and dryer .

On the second floor is a fully equipped kitchen with side by side fridge/freezer, dish washer and 30 inch stove,dining area and living room with satellite tv. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full bath en suite. The first thing you notice from upstairs are the great views you have of the Atlantic and Coco Bay. The house has ceiling fans throughout, central a/c, gas bbq, beach towels and all the linens you will require.

This lovely property rents for $2000 per week and can sleep a maximum of 6 guest. The rate is slightly higher during holiday periods.
