About Island Property Management

Island Property Management has been owned and operated by Green Turtle residents, Julie Farrington and Leslie Sawyer, since 1996. Leslie was born in Nassau but spent most of her childhood on the island where her father Scott Roberts was born. Julie was born in Bristol,England and came to Green Turtle Cay in 1989 when Julie and her husband moved here from Nassau .

Abaco Island Rentals and Island Property Management are the same company, when we formed the business in 1996  we did not realise the importance of having a web site with our business name and Island Property Management was not available so we came up with the name Abaco Island Rentals.  At IPM, Julie and Leslie manage the most extensive portfolio of privately owned homes on historic Green Turtle Cay, and are committed to serving you with honesty and integrity in your search for the perfect vacation rental.
